You may be feeling anxious or down, stuck in patterns of behaviour or difficult relationships, or unable to keep up with school, work, or daily responsibilities. Whatever you're facing, support is available.
It’s easy to feel broken or abnormal when you’re living with difficult stuff. This might include thoughts, past experiences, expectations, or emotions like anxiety, anger or sadness. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you because I don’t believe you’re broken. What you really may need is a new way to deal with these thoughts and feelings so life can be more about what matters to you.
I work with adolescents and young adults facing a variety of challenges including worrying, perfectionism, stress, low mood, identity questions, and life transitions. I also offer parent coaching and family therapy to help improve communication and strengthen connection. Together, we’ll create a relationship where you feel safe, heard, and supported—whether you're seeking individual therapy, family support, or guidance as a parent.
